- The object of the contract is the recording, documentation and digitization of approximately 21,300 objects of the former Royal Estate of Tatoi, which are classified into the following Groups:
Group A: approximately 8,500 photographs.
Group B: approximately 12,800 objects, mainly photographs, documents, books, discs maps, newspapers, magazines and other paper items.
It is noted that it is possible to increase or decrease the above quantities up to a percentage of +/-20% per group of items, without increasing the economic object of the contract.
The recording, documentation and digitization will be carried out perdue to the stages of development of the project: a) on site in facilities on the site of the former Royal Estate of Tatoi and/or in another warehouse within Attica, due to the needs arising during the implementation of the overall project program in the former Royal Estate of Tatoi, b ) at the contractor's headquarters.
