- The object of the tender process is the assignment to an insurance company of Directors' Liability coverageclaim, cumulative for the insurance period, including defense costs, which is divided into 40,000,000 EUROS plus 10,000,000 (in excess of 40,000,000 EUROS) for SIDEA EXCESSDIC/DIL Coverage. While the excess limit of liability for the Protection of Non-Executive membersof the Board of Directors will be 3,000,000 EUROS for each Non-Executive member of the Board of Directors. and 6,000,000 EUROS cumulatively for all Non-Executive members of the Board of Directors. Also included are the coverage extensions referred to in the Detailed Description of the Physical and Economic Object of the Contract (Appendix Iof Declaration D7996).
